• They indicate certain dental problems that cannot be spotted through a simple visual examination – abscesses, caries developed under fillings, periodontal disease.
• They help the dentist during certain dental procedures such as implants.

• We only recommend dental X-rays if they are absolutely necessary and our modern radiology equipment ensures minimal radiation for our patients.

What radiology equipment do we use?

• Our clinic uses Instrumentarium Dental’s retro-alveolar intra-oral digital imaging system. This modern device delivers high-quality images, keeping radiation at a minimum for patient safety.
• The images can be downloaded digitally (CD or e-mail) and can also be printed. We don’t offer the option to hand out X-rays on film.
